I love training with Greg, not only is he super nice and down to earth but also very knowable. I was a bit skeptical of doing it via an app first, but it is actually working really well with great how to videos and Greg is always happy to give me some pointers and help if im unsure. I found that not only is it great for tracking progress but also keeps you super motivated to get to the gym and tick it off. Bonus point that that my strength has increased massively and for the first time ever I have an outline of abbs, which im pretty happy about after 3 kids 😊 Highly recement training with Greg , if you have a goal or even just need some structure in your workouts.
Greg is a friendly, approachable and knowledgable coach. The programs he has designed for me are well suited with good variety, and the videos and instructions provided are excellent when doing a workout remotely without a trainer. I have seen positive results and feel much fitter and stronger in following his programs and have kept a consistent training schedule which i have struggled with in the past. Highly recommended
OMG where do I start… I have been working with Greg now for 7 weeks and I am feeling absolutely amazing. My motivation has excelled to the point of being told try and stick with the 4 days of training not everyday. Greg’s fitness App is top notch it’s actually brilliant and so easy to follow. To have a program that changes every 4 weeks and have videos that you can click on to refer to a particular movement if you are unsure is awesome. Greg as a trainer is so passionate about what he does, is super friendly and an absolute book of knowledge. After just 4 weeks doing my program the changes in my body have been nothing short of a “wow” for me. I never thought it was possible to be able to make changes so quickly in both physical appearance but most of all mentally. I have never in my life been this motivated and excited to get to the gym each day. I am so excited on where this journey is going to take me and I look forward to continuing to work with Greg as my trainer. Greg is outstanding at what he does. His ability to listen to my needs and what my body is saying has allowed him to develop and fantastic program that has helped me change my body shape and made it extremely enjoyable at the same time. His professionalism is top class and he is available via the app to ask questions, which is huge for a 53yr old bloke who is new to this environment. Greg's communication during our 1 on 1 sessions is nothing but extremely helpful and encouraging, while also challenging you to improve each time (which i love). Apart from Greg as an individual, his Fitness App is simply brilliant! The videos of each exercise are priceless and take away the "I have no idea what i'm doing" fear when you first start. My plan is changed every 4 weeks and it keeps my mind and body fresh and excited for each session. Can't recommend Greg enough if you are looking for someone to help get you on track.
I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He has given me the confidence to embed regular gym sessions into my lifestyle. Greg has taken me through regular PT sessions to ensure that I am using equipment correctly, efficiently and pushing myself to make gains and meet personal fitness goals. This, paired with frequent use of the GT Fitness app has kept me motivated to get into the gym 4-5 times a week, something I never thought I would do. Greg keeps my gym sessions interesting and challenging but perfectly tailored to my ability and needs. He is mindful of injuries and it was through his training that I recovered from a major ankle injury and avoided surgery. Most importantly, he is an approachable, supportive and friendly face around the gym!
